Olympische Spiele, Fußball-WM und -EM haben hohe mediale Reichweiten. Neben den offiziellen Sponsoren wollen auch Ambusher dieses Marketingpotenzial nutzen, ohne dafür Sponsoringgebühren zu zahlen. Sie sind bei der Entwicklung innovativer Ambush-Events oft sehr kreativ und nutzen rechtliche Grauzonen aus.
Prof. Dr. Sören Bär hielt am 06. Dezember 2022 auf Einladung von Prof. Dr. Ariane Bagusat einen Gastvortrag zum Thema „Innovative Ambush-Events und ihre juristischen Dimensionen“ am Campus Salzgitter der Hochschule Ostfalia und analysierte dabei sowohl Kreationen als auch juristische Dimensionen solcher Ambush-Events.
Die Gastvorlesung vor ca. 45 Studentinnen und Studenten des Studienganges Sportmanagement fand ein reges Interesse, so dass sich im Anschluss auch eine inhaltsreiche Diskussion entspann.

Prof. Dr. Sören Bär gave a guest lecture on December 6th, 2022 at the invitation of Prof. Dr. Ariane Bagusat on „Innovative Ambush Events and their Legal Dimensions“ at the Salzgitter Campus of the Ostfalia University, analyzing both creations and the legal dimensions of such ambush events.
The guest lecture in front of about 45 students of the sports management course met with great interest, so that a content-rich discussion followed.
